As a professional wedding and event DJ, I believe it is my job to enhance your event... but not to be the center of attention. Your guests are there to celebrate you and YOU are the focus on your big day. My goal with each and every event is to help my clients have a wonderful and memorable time... not to sell myself to your guests.
I'm Robert Cobo, owner of Siskiyou DJ.
I've been a wedding and special event DJ for more than 20 years. When I started my business in Phoenix, Arizona I carried five cases of CDs to every event. These days my music library contains more than 40,000 songs and my MacBook has replaced my CD player. While the times and technology have changed, my love for what I do and for my clients hasn't.
My family relocated from Arizona to far Northern California in 2016 and I now primarily serve clients in the Northern California & Southern Oregon area.
Pricing
My services are priced at an hourly rate and I DO NOT REQUIRE a minimum number of hours.
Hourly Rate: $150 per hour.
Additional services may be added for an additional fee. Enhanced services includes video projectors/screens and upgraded lighting packages.
For services outside of Siskiyou County, California and Southern Oregon please contact me for travel pricing.

Do you rent equipment?
Yes. Please contact me to discuss the audio, visual and lighting equipment you need for your next event!
If you have an event located outside of Siskiyou County, California please contact me to discuss travel fees and details. Have music... will travel.
Do you travel?
Unless otherwise requested my wedding attire is a modern suit or tuxedo. My clients hire me to provide a professional service, that includes professional attire and behavior.
How will you dress for my wedding?
I love all kinds of music... but at your event I'll be playing the kind of music you love. Prior to your event I'll ask you to complete an online questionnaire for your special event. Within the questionnaire you'll be asked to specify specific songs for special moments during your event. You'll also be asked to indicate which genres of music you enjoy. You also have the option to choose "DJ's choice", in which case I will choose music appropriate to your event and indicated preferred genres.
What kind of music will you play at my event?
I've had the opportunity to DJ many different types of events from weddings to mitzvahs and quinceneras as well as special events for companies such as Intel, the Phoenix Suns, MagicDust Television, KTVK 3TV and AZ Live Events.
